Walmart hosts ‘Grand Re-Opening’ celebration

Woodville Walmart store #288 underwent a complete remodel on its interior and exterior changes, and the months-long process was celebrated with a public grand re-opening celebration last Thursday morning. The event was commemorated by dignitaries, such as Tyler County Judge Milton Powers and Woodville Mayor Amy Bythewood.
The Tyler County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting (above photo) for the store, with manager Anthony Williams cutting the ribbon and Chamber president Cathy Bennett (second from left) and board of directors’ members Connie Gibson and Chris Edwards present.
