Gibbs promoted to head coach

From Staff Reports Warren ISD athletic director Austin Smithey announced on Tuesday that Cielisse Gibbs has been promoted to lead the school’s varsity volleyball team. Gibbs, who previously served the past season as head sub-varsity coach and assistant varsity coach for the Lady Warriors, came to Warren last summer from Pearland. She previously coached club volleyball through the past decade with Xcel, and shone on the court as a scholarship athlete for the University of Houston.
