A sad, stark and sobering reminder – One hundred and seventy-three painted blue crosses were installed at the corner of the Tyler County Courthouse lawn where highways 190 and 69 cross. The crosses represent the 173 children who died in Texas last year due to abuse and/or neglect. CHRIS EDWARDS | TCB
