The Livingston City Council will review proposals and award a contract for the demolition of structures located at 154 Banks Dr. – the former Burmont Nursing Home – during its regular meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Council is slated to appoint a director to the Sam Rayburn Municipal Power Agency Board of Directors for the 2024-2026 term.

Holiday compensation for 2024 will be considered for approval.

An executive session is on the agenda at which time Council will consult with the city attorney. Any action, however, will be taken upon return to open session.

City Manager Bill Wiggins will present his monthly update on projects and events.

Other items on the agenda include approval of accounts over $500 and minutes of the Sept. 10 meeting.
