The Yellowjacket basketball team returned after the break with a well-earned victory over the Baytown Christian Bulldogs last Thursday, Dec. 30.

Lily Read led in scoring with 17 points.  Abby Grimes scored 10 points.  Emma Grimes and Sydney Brock each scored four points, and Kat Knox scored two points.

The Lady Jackets face Good Samaritan Fred at home on Friday, January 7.  The game will start at 6:30 p.m.  The Lady Jackets will be on the road on Tuesday, January 7 as they travel to Leggett for a district game against the Lady Pirates. The game will start at 6 p.m.
