Centerville victorious at home

CENTERVILLE — The Centerville Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs put wins on the board for their last home games.

On Sept. 17, the boys downed Laneville 45-37, while the girls won 39-12.

Head Coach Geoffrey Hollis said the boys were down 12 points to start the 4th quarter, but clutch shots and pressure defense got the Dawgs back in it, tying the game at the buzzer. Centerville outscored Laneville 9-1 in overtime to earn the win.

Scoring in the boys game were Cash Noack with 13 points, Aiden Conner with 11 points, Bradyn Woychesin with 9 points, Hunter Anderson with 7 points and Trinity Nerren with 5 points

In the girls game, it was Avery Brown with 25 points, Olivia Teeters with 6 points, Rebecca Brasuell with 6 points and Bayleigh Forrest with 2 points.
