He was born in Ephrata, PA, to William and Peggy Collingwood.  He worked in the restaurant and construction industry for 40 years. Greg had an active and exciting life working as a sous chef at a resort in Oregon, cooking for various actors and singers. Many famous people included Meryl Streep, Kevin Bacon during the production of “The River Wild,” Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt, Grizzly Adams, and Kenny Rogers, to name a few. But his favorite pastime was fishing, which he truly loved.
