Quality Home Products of Texas recently did a $5,000 match at a fundraiser for the COCISD Education Foundation. The money raised provides things for teachers in Coldspring that the school does not provide. QHP owner Bill McGraw, class of 1978, does matching campaigns for many local and international charities. His company sells and services residential generators, water treatment and tank-less water heaters for the greater Houston area. He comes from a long line of teachers going all the way back to a great-grandfather and believes that without teachers there would not be many other professions. COURTESY PHOTO
