D.L. owned the Lazy L Western Store, was a realtor for Dickens Land Co. and retired from Bounds Chevrolet with many loyal customers. He was a lover of golf, hunting, the Astros and all things Western. A wonderful cook, D.L. loved nothing more than boiling crawfish for family and friends.

He is survived by daughters Kristin Trapp and husband Scott Trapp and Lora Lee Dickerson and husband Jason Dickerson both of Georgetown, Texas; grandchildren Chase and Colby Trapp and Sam and Grady Dickerson.

D.L. will be missed for his quick wit, humor, friendship and personality. Please join us at 2 p.m. September 21, 2024, at Cochran Funeral Home for a celebration of D.L.’s life with family and friends.
