TRINITY — The fifth annual Trinity Community Fair Scholarship Boil was once again a success.

Organizer Tally Jo Stout said they were 90 tables strong thanks to the amazing support of Trinity community and the surround communities.

All profits go to scholarships awarded by the Trinity Community Fair to exhibitors during the fair, which is held in the fall.

With the help of Big E-Z Crawfish and Oyster Bar, more than 4,500 pounds of crawfish were served, she said. Additionally, beverages were made possible by the graciou3s donations of Stevenson Beer Distributing and Faust Distributing Co.

The Trinity Community Fair Board appreciates the community and the many volunteers for making the event a success, she said.

Total proceeds were not immediately available.
