Council is expected to authorize the city administrator to release and create a bill of sale for a generator to the highest bidder.

Ordinance 427 prohibiting outdoor burning will be reviewed and considered for action during a special called meeting of the Onalaska City Council at noon Wednesday.

Council is expected to review and consider approval of the Kohler gasoline, LPG or natural gas generator Model No. 50RZ62 Serial No. 351343 “as is, no warranty, no guarantees” to be added to surplus property and advertised on the city’s website for those interested to submit bids to the city administrator. In related activity, Council is expected to authorize the city administrator to release and create a bill of sale for the generator to the highest bidder.

In personnel business, Council is expected to review and consider action on the employment of John Cleveland for the full-time maintenance position and Denise Ross for the full-time telecommunications operator position, both with the standard 90-day probationary period.
