Crisis Center celebrates new location

CROCKETT – The Family Life Crisis Outreach Center of Crockett has moved to its new location at 1512 E. Loop 304, Crockett, TX 75835. On Wednesday, Oct. 26, the Crockett Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to welcome the Center to its new offices. 

The City of Crockett Police Department issued a statement on its Facebook page to thank the community for coming out to support the luncheon and ribbon cutting Wednesday. 

“Thank you to the Houston County community, law enforcement and representatives of partner agencies for coming out to the Things Aren’t Always What You See luncheon and Crockett Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting at the new outreach office,” the statement read.

Guests sported purple sunglasses to highlight October being Domestic Violence Awareness Month, as well as the theme of this year’s campaign.
