TRINITY — The Sixth Annual Trinity Community Fair Scholarship Boil was once again a success.

Organizer Tally Jo Stout said 56 tables were sold thanks to the amazing support of Trinity community and the surrounding communities.

All profits go to scholarships awarded by the Trinity Community Fair to exhibitors this fall, and the projected profits are at least $10,000 to add to the fund, she said.

Also, with the help of Big E-Z Crawfish and Oyster Bar, more than 3,500 pounds of crawfish were served, and the beverages were made possible by the gracious donations from Stevenson Beer Distributing and Faust Distributing Co., Stout said.

She said the Trinity Community Fair Board appreciates the community and the many volunteers for making the event a success.
