From the Crockett Police Department
At around 8:50 pm on April 3, two suspects entered the OK Food Store located at 921 South Fourth Street and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. Upon entering the store, both suspects displayed a handgun and ordered the clerk to hand over the money from the cash register. The suspects ended up taking the cash register drawer with them as they fled the store.
The suspects were last seen running down West Austin Street on foot. Photographs obtained from security cameras depict the suspects involved. Officers are still investigating and working to obtain additional video surveillance from the store and surrounding areas.
