COLDSPRING —During a misty and rainy day in San Jacinto County the Christmas In August event was not delayed for a second time.
The original Christmas in July was moved to August due to bad weather conditions.
The vendors came early and posted their goods for sale; Rick English of Talon Creations said. “I have been doing the event for 8 years, in several counties around the area. Rudolph’s antlers were not used in the creations of any of the art work on display.”
The traffic was light and between rain showers the visitors got a chance to enjoy the scene on the Square.
