Richard Lynn Winfrey Sr. was born September 24, 1954, to Jess “Willard” and Joyce Martile (Williams) Winfrey in Houston, Texas. He passed away from this life on July 3, 2024, in Coldspring, Texas, at the age of 69.
He is survived by his children, Richard Lynn Winfrey Jr. and Megan Elizabath Winfrey; brother, Tommy Winfrey and wife Debbie; grandchildren, Danielle Hammond, Addilyn Winfrey and Sarah Holt; as well as other loved ones and friends.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Gary Willard Winfrey, and sister, Vicky Joyce Winfrey.
A celebration of Richards’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Brother Virgil Currie officiating.
