Special to the Booster LUFKIN – The Alcohol & Drug Awareness Council (ADAC), in partnership with The Coalition, Inc., are hosting free online tobacco cessation classes for adults who want to quit using tobacco.

The Freshstart program can be your start to a new life without tobacco. This four-session program is free for all participants and all materials are included. Two online classes will be offered in July. Both classes will be on Tuesdays, July 9; 16; 23 and 20. Choose the time that works best for your schedule: 12-1 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. For more information, or to register, visit Project-Quit.org or call (936) 634-9308.
