County Commissioners to revise subdivision plat of Royale Greens Section/Cape Royale

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO REVISE SUBDIVISION PLAT The Commissioner’s Court of San Jacinto County, Texas has received an application to consider a Plat Revision to the plat of Royale Greens Section of Cape Royale, a subdivision in San Jacinto County, Texas, by changing the metes and bounds of both Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), of Block Five (5), of Royale Greens Section of Cape Royale. A public hearing to consider the application and to hear protests to the revision will be held at the Commissioner’s Court, Commissioner’s Courtroom, Coldspring, Texas, on the 24th day of July, 2024, at approximately 9:00 a.m.
