Trinity County seeking bids for road materials and services

NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID NO. 2024.06.26 Trinity County Road & Bridge Precincts 1-4 will be accepting sealed bids for the following road materials and services for local disaster road repairs and Fiscal Year 2025 contracts. Type A - Oil Sand, Clay, Contract Hauling - Delivery of Materials. Specifications and required submittal forms may found under Bid Notices and Proposals on the Trinity County website www. co.trinity.tx.us or obtained by contacting the Trinity County Auditor’s Office, Trinity County Courthouse, 162 W. 1st Street, 3rd Floor, P.O. Box 1030, Groveton, Texas 75845 (936-642-2233). Bids must be sealed and identified on the exterior of the envelope per bid specifications and received at the office of the County Auditor by Friday, July 19, 2024, at 12:00 noon. The subject bids are scheduled to be opened, read, and awarded by the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 9:00 AM. Trinity County reserves the right, under Local Government Code, to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Trinity County.
