Disaster debris monitoring proposals due July 15

TRINITY COUNTY NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING AND CONSULTING SERVICES RFP #2024.06.005 Trinity County is soliciting proposals to obtain the services of a qualified firm(s) to provide debris monitoring services of the removal of disaster generated debris from public property and public rights-of-way in Trinity County, operating temporary debris staging site and reduction areas, and ultimate disposal of the debris and waste. This RFP is available through the Trinity County website http://co.trinity.tx.us/page/ trinity.bid.notices. Go to the appropriate RFP#, click on appropriate hyperlink for viewing and/ or downloading. All sealed proposals must be clearly marked with the proposal number and proposal name and submitted to Trinity County Auditor, Attn: Bonnie Kennedy, 162 West 1st Street, 3rd Floor, P.O. Box 1030, Groveton, Texas 75845. Proposals must be received by the County no later than July15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The scheduled date and time for the opening of proposals is July 23, 2024, at 9:00 in the Trinity County Commissioner’s Court Room located at 162 W. 1st Street, Groveton, Texas 75845 Trinity County reserves the right to change the date of the opening, to waive any informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous for Trinity County. Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
