MONDAY: Chicken spaghetti, mixed vegetables, carrot salad, garlic rolls.
TUESDAY: Smothered pork chops, rice and gravy, California blend vegetables, cheesy cornbread.
WEDNESDAY: Ham, sweet potatoes, butter beans, broccoli, cornbread.
THURSDAY: Country fried steak, au gratin potatoes, blackeye peas, cornbread.
FRIDAY: Beef and cheese enchiladas, charro beans, Spanish rice.
