Tri-county Community Supervision and Corrections Department seeking bids for counseling services

INVITATION TO BID The 258th & 411th Judicial District Community Supervision and Corrections Department for Polk, San Jacinto & Trinity County (CSCD) is accepting sealed proposals for Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment Services for Adult Offenders to include a minimum of three hours of substance abuse outpatient group counseling per week, individual counseling sessions with offenders and substance abuse evaluations. Services will be provided at the CSCD facilities and/or contacts may be made at the jails of Polk, San Jacinto & Trinity Counties. The outpatient program will serve @120 clients per year in the treatment program and there will be 300 – 400 substance abuse evaluations conducted as part of the treatment services. Unit pricing-based proposals should be submitted in an envelope marked “Proposal to Provide Offender Services – Sealed Bid – Do Not Open in Mail Room”. The deadline for proposals is 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2024, at the Polk County Community Supervision and Corrections Department, 1102 Martin Luther King Dr, Livingston, TX 77351, at which time proposals will be opened. No bond is required for either of the proposals. The department will pay by check within 30 days after receipt of invoice from current fiscal year funds in which services are provided. The 258th & 411th Judicial District (Polk County) Community Supervision and Corrections Department reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
