WMS girls attend cheer camp

attended cheer camp at the Woodville Middle Coach Carol Roberts noted that many of the girls started out without knowing stunt groups, stunt positioning, and had to do things that consisted of learning new cheers, dances and stunts all at the high school competition level. Cheer sponsor, Jaclyn Gray said, “these girls did amazing and were determined all week to night at 6:00 to a large crowd on Showcase new skills learned at the clinic.

Cheerleaders are Akira Jackson, Kinley Foxworth, Rilynn Borel, Rylee Flowers, Adelyn Johnston, Danica Spruell, Allie Zellar, Jillian Harrington, Mollie Scarberry, Khloe Yeater, Ariel Arnold, Braelin Freese, and Miley Odom. Many of the girls were awarded special honors on Showcase Night. Foxworth earned the everything went to Flowers. Johnston was awarded the Tough Cookie Prize and Jackson All-American Cheerleaders have the opin New York City and Walt Disney World in Team Award as well.
