County officials and members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2033 commemorated the sacrifices made by generations of Tyler County military veterans last Wednesday morning at the courthouse. County Judge Milton Powers issued a proclamation honoring those veterans, and VFW Post Commander Mike King presented a wreath to hang in front of the county’s veterans’ memorial.
