Murder suspect arrested, charged

Deandre WrightDe’Andre Shermail Wright, 23 of Cleveland, was arrested Wednesday and charged with first degree murder in connection with the death of Jasmine Muldoon, 25 of Livingston.

Muldoon had been reported missing and was last seen in the early morning hours of May 5. Her body was discovered in a wooded area May 6, off U.S. Hwy. 59 just a few miles north of Livingston and taken to the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office, for investigation and to determine the cause of death.

Wright remains in the Polk County Jail and no bond has been set.
