During its regular meeting Tuesday, the Polk County Commissioners Court presented a proclamation to Dorothy Poliseno in recognition of her 100th birthday. Poliseno was born March 17, 1924 in Soda, attended a one-room school on Soda Loop East and graduated from Livingston High School in 1932.
