Tule named lone finalist

COLMESNEIL – The Colmesneil ISD Board of Trustees announced at a meeting on last Friday that Sharon Tule is the district’s lone finalist for the superintendent position.

A statement from CISD read that “we are thrilled to welcome her back to the Bulldog family,” after the board made its decision. Tule has served the district as interim superintendent since Jan. 1. She was hired in December of last year to take over the duties from Dr. Scott Davis, who resigned.

Tule, a longtime educator, holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. She has taught at various grade levels before becoming a school administrator and served at West Hardin CCISD as superintendent for several years.
