RIVERSIDE — Trinity Fire and Rescue assisted with a house fire reported Thursday in Riverside.

Assistant Fire Chief Keith Johnson said the department was notified at approximately 2 a.m. July 12 about the fire in the Deep River Subdivision in Walker County.

When firefighters arrived the home, which appeared to be vacant, was fully involved.

Firefighters from Riverside Fire Department, Crabb’s Prairie Fire Department, and Trinity Fire Department worked together to extinguish the fire.

The home was a total loss, and no injuries were reported, Johnson said.
