The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has requested the assistance of the public in obtaining information in regards to a theft of four large commercial roof-mounted air conditioning units.
Between the end of March and June 5, unknown actors removed four gray York air conditioning units from the roof of a new business under construction on U.S. Highway 190 West near FM 3126. Heavy equipment would most likely have been used to remove the units.
Those with information that may help with the investigation are asked to contact the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at 936-327-6810. An anonymous tip may also be submitted at p3tips.com, (the P3 App) or by calling Polk County Crime Stoppers at 936-327-STOP, where you will remain anonymous and may collect a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
