On the corner of US Hwy. 287 and State Hwy. 94, the Groveton News is centered in Trinity County, the heart of the Davy Crockett National Forest. The Groveton News boasts coverage of three area schools including Groveton, Centerville and Apple Springs. The Groveton News also has a complete commercial print shop serving the areas printing needs.

Each March, The Groveton News celebrates the Trinity County Fair and Youth Livestock Show.
