Public hearing requirement back on agenda

LIVINGSTON — Much of the action listed in the Commissioner’s Court agenda for 10 a.m. Tuesday is uncontested, consent agenda items. Commissioners will consider approval of a preliminary and fi nal plat of Sunset Shores in Pct. 1 that was tabled from the court’s last meeting. That discussion and possible approval will depend on the determination as to whether a public hearing is required before fi nal approval, according to the agenda posted Tuesday. Commissioners will also consider amending the county’s contribution to the purchase of a brush truck by Holiday Lake Estates Volunteer Fire Department.
