CSS welcomes new superintendent

Mike Davis, former superintendent at the West Texas State School was appointed superintendent at the Crockett State School on Wednesday, Jan. 16.
According to TYC spokesman Jim Hurley, Davis will replace Jerome Williams who is returning to the Texas Youth Commission central office in Austin.
Davis has worked for TYC for 15 years and served at the Ron Jackson Correctional Facility in Brownwood prior to coming to Crockett.
Hurley said Davis is married and has a family.
Williams served as superintendent at Crockett State School for about eight months.
